As a group we decided to make a risk assessment before we started filming our media production. This was to ensure we covered every solution to a problem we may have and how to deal with emergency situations if needed. Everyone in our group took each others phone numbers in order to make contact if something occured during filming that may be considered worrying or if anyone managed to get lost. Everyone also had the school contact details just in case there was an emergency and we needed a adult that we could trust to help us.
